These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of jastaalliance.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Jasta Alliance LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Jasta Alliance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Otero County, New Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the last revision. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
